Practice:
· Mix flour, salt, sugar first, then add vanilla extract.
Mix the plain butter evenly in the flour and roll with a puff pastry mixer (there is no hand rolling quickly).
· Slowly add ice water with a small teaspoon while mixing the small pieces of plain butter and flour together to form a dough.
· Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 60 minutes.
· Pour vegetable oil into a hot pan, add minced garlic and spinach, saute until fragrant, add salt and black pepper, and set aside to cool.
Take the dough out of the refrigerator and flour the panel to prevent sticking.
Divide the dough into two balls, roll one of the doughs into a flat surface, about 2mm thick, and use a round mold to press out a circle on the dough.
Put the spinach stuffing on each of the dough cakes, fold them in half in a circle, and use a fork or your hands to pinch out a regular pattern.
Make three equal openings on the fan-shaped part of the dumpling skin to dissipate heat and prevent the dumplings from bursting when half-baked.
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes and bake at 220°C for 15 minutes.
