Passion Fruit Lemon Water

Tips:
To make passion fruit lemon nectar, make sure to dry the lemons and remove the lemon seeds.

Passion fruit cookies
Preparing:
Low gluten flour 100g
Unsalted butter 65g
Powdered sugar 30g
Passion fruit 1pc

1. Soften the butter at room temperature, add the powdered sugar and salt, and mix well, no need to whip.

1. Cut the passion fruit, pour the pulp into a jar and set aside.
2. Tear off the film inside the peel.
3. Rinse the peel in water.
