We even spent a few hours just lounging on the grass, people-watching, and soaking up the sunshine.
Central Park is free to enter and is open every day from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM. It's the perfect spot to relax or start your sightseeing adventure.
2. Times Square
If you've ever seen a postcard of New York, you've probably spotted Times Square. The flashing lights, towering billboards, and constant stream of people make this spot one of the most iconic in the world. We spent hours taking in the electrifying atmosphere, snapping photos, and visiting nearby shops. It's the perfect place to get a true taste of New York's energy.
Times Square is open 24/7, and there's no admission fee. It's a must-see day or night, as the lights and crowd only get more intense after dark.
3. The Statue of Liberty
We couldn't leave Manhattan without visiting the Statue of Liberty, one of the most recognizable symbols of freedom. We took a ferry from Battery Park to Liberty Island, and the view of Lady Liberty standing tall against the skyline was nothing short of breathtaking. The visit was both educational and inspiring, with plenty of opportunities to learn about the statue's history and significance.
Ferry tickets to Liberty Island cost around $23 for adults, and the ferry runs daily from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

4. Empire State Building

We made our way to the observation deck on the 86th floor, where we could see everything from Central Park to the Brooklyn Bridge. It was a truly unforgettable experience.

We highly recommend checking out the shows and experiencing the magic for yourself!
