Easy To Make
Preparation:
3 eggs, 90 grams of low-gluten flour, 1 gram of table salt,60 grams of white sugar, a suitable amount of sugar syrup, and 45 ml of vegetable oil.
Operation steps:
1. Add sugar and salt to the eggs in a bowl.
2. Beat it well in the bowl with an electric whisk.
3. Add the flour to the egg batter in three sifts and then stir well.
4. Pour about one-third of the batter into another pan, add the vegetable oil and stir well.
5. Pour back into the previously made batter and stir well.
6. Add vegetable oil and heat the pan, then spoon the appropriate amount of batter into the pan.
7. Turn the heat on low and fry until small holes appear on the top of the muffin and the batter is solid.
8. Turn over and fry the other side until lightly browned, cool the muffins, and coat with syrup.
Tips:
1. The egg mixture is very critical. The egg mixture must be beaten until it is very fine and creamy. When the whisk is lifted, the dripping egg mixture will not disappear and will blend with the egg mixture in the bowl.
2. When sifting the flour into the egg mixture and stirring it well, use the method of turning it up and down, with gentle movements, not stirring in a circle.
3. Heat the pan before adding the batter to the pan.
4. When stir-frying, use low heat to stir-fry slowly. If the heat is too high, it will burn easily.
Other types of pancakes:
1. Crepes
Crepes (crêpe) are a type of French pancake, also known as French crepes, made from wheat flour and thinner than English pancakes.
While other pancakes are cooked on both sides (including the thin English pancake), crêpes are cooked on one side only, shaped into one large pancake, and then fanned out.
In China, crepes are mainly sweet and can be eaten in a variety of ways. They can be rolled in a variety of creams, fruits, chocolate sauces, etc.
In France, crepes can also be savory. In addition to being covered with creamy fruit ice cream or sprinkled with powdered sugar, they can also be covered with eggs, cheese, vegetables, and fish.
2. Dutch Pancakes
Pancakes are the most common and popular meal in the Netherlands, a bit like French crepes and a bit like Italian pizza.
The milk, eggs, and flour are fried into a pancake and topped with cheese, and fruit such as sliced apples, raisins, and bananas, and then topped with dark maple syrup for a savory, sweet, and special treat.
3. American Pancakes
In North America, pancakes are also known as hot cakes. Baking powder is used to leaven the pancakes, so the pancakes will be thicker.
Pancakes have a wide variety of sauces and toppings, powdered sugar, jam, ice cream, fruit, nuts, and honey.
The most common way to eat pancakes is to drizzle a layer of Canadian maple syrup, which is heated maple syrup, over the original pancake. With the maple syrup, the creamy and eggy flavors in the cake are intensified.
