low gluten flour 30g,
Corn oil 6g,
Milk 85g,
Icing sugar 30g,
Light cream 200ml.
Mango 30g.
Directions: Prepare the ingredients by pouring the eggs, flour, icing sugar, and corn oil directly into a bowl and whisking with an egg whisk.
1. Add the whisked egg batter to the milk and continue to whisk well.
2. Prepare the egg batter by sifting it, twice if you want it to be fine.
3. Stir in the sieved egg batter with a small spatula.
4. Prepare another damp rag and place the pan directly on top of each fried piece of lasagne, so that the pan cools down and is better uncovered without burning your hands.
