Crispy Pizza Rolls
Pizza rolls can be made at home in various ways, with different flavours in different ways. Pizza rolls are an excellent choice whether it's the main meal or an after-dinner dessert.
Here are a few ways to make your pizza rolls.
Cheese Pizza Rolls
Ingredients:
High gluten flour 250g
Butter 15g
Salt 1g
Fine sugar 20g
Yeast 2g
Crumbled cheese A few slices
Tomato sauce 2-3 tbsp
1 egg
Salad dressing to taste
2 small onions
Steps
1. Knead the dough in a bread machine.
3. Spread with tomato sauce or pizza sauce.
4. Spread with grated mozzarella.
5. Roll up gently from one side and put a little water around the edges.
6. Divide into sections and let ferment at room temperature for 40 minutes.
7. Brush with egg yolk, squeeze with salad dressing and sprinkle with a few chopped spring onions.
8. Preheat the oven and cook at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes on the middle and lower heat.
Toast pizza rolls
Ingredients:
2 slices of toast
2 small tomatoes
Tomato sauce to taste
Salad dressing to taste
Corn kernels
Directions
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Trim the toast slices and squeeze the tomato sauce and salsa over them.
3. Arrange the tomato and corn kernels.
4. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 8 minutes on the middle shelf.
7. Roll up and bake.
Tomato pizza rolls
Ingredients:
Onion 1pc
1.5 tbsp white sugar
Salt 0.5 tsp
Butter 30g
Water 4 tbsp
Garlic
Tomato sauce 6 tbsp 
Bell pepper 2 sticks
Steps
1. Dissolve the yeast in the warm water and knead the dough with all the ingredients except the butter, then add the butter and knead in slowly until the dough absorbs the butter.
2. Knead the dough and put it aside to rise.
3. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Add the rest of the ingredients for the PIZZA sauce and stir-fry well. Turn up the heat.
4. Add the butter to the pan, melt it, and add the onion and the minced garlic.
5. Take out the dough, sprinkle some high-gluten flour on the table, roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a rectangle of 0.5 - 0.8cm thickness, and spread the PIZZA sauce on it, leaving about 3cm of the long side uncovered with the sauce.
6. Sprinkle the top with shredded cheese
7. Roll up from the long side to the unpaved side, leaving 3cm of sauce on the long side, then cut into small pieces and place on a baking tray.
8. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees for 25 minutes.
Black pepper pizza rolls.
High gluten flour 400g
Wholemeal flour 100g
Dry yeast 3 tsp
Olive oil 40ml
Warm water 250ml
Sugar 3 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
1 coloured pepper
Carrot half
1-2 tomatoes
Grated cheese (mozzarella) 50-60g
tomato sauce to taste
Salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Steps
1. Knead all the main ingredients in a pasta machine and ferment for 2-3 hours.
2. Chop the vegetables.
3. Divide the dough into four equal portions, roll out into ovals of about 3mm, spread the sauce, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, cheese, crushed pepper, and tomatoes.
4. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for about 10-13 minutes.
