Delicious Cinnamon Bread

Method
1. Put the high-gluten flour and low-gluten flour into the bread bucket.
2. Put the sugar, salt, and yeast into different corners.
3. Add the egg and milk.
4. Stir well with chopsticks.
5. Knead the dough, the process will take 20 minutes.
6. After the kneading is finished, ferment, the process takes 1 hour and 30 minutes, add the butter and cut into small pieces.

Tips
1. Heat the milk to slightly warm, not too hot.
2. Because of the different water absorption of flour, it is recommended not to add all the water or milk at once when kneading at the beginning, but leave a temporary 10g or so, and then watch the humidity of the dough and then add it flexibly.
3. For the final fermentation, place the bread in a preheated 200-degree F oven and put a cup of hot boiling water in the oven to increase the humidity in the oven.
