Ingredients:
1 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons matcha powder
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 large egg whites
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon cream
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons matcha powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, sift together powdered sugar, almond flour, matcha powder, and cocoa powder.
3. In a large bowl, beat egg whites until frothy. Add granulated sugar, salt, and cream and continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
4. Gently fold dry ingredients into egg whites until just combined.
5. Transfer the batter to a piping bag and pipe 1-inch rounds onto a prepared baking sheet.
