Magnolia
Magnolias are deciduous trees of Magnoliaceae, belonging to woody plants. The whole magnolias can reach a maximum of 25 meters, with wide crowns, formed by extended branches. The barks are dark gray, the surfaces are rough, and there are natural cracks. The branches are thick and basically grayish brown.
Magnolia flower buds are oval, the flowers bloom before the leaves grow, the diameter of the flowers is about 10-16 cm. Magnolia flowers are rich in color, but white and pink are the most common to see. They have great fragrant smell.

There is a legend about Magnolia. It is said that there were three sisters bravely fought against the Dragon King to save the people in the village. They took back the salt from the Dragon King but sacrificed themselves and were transformed into magnolia trees by the Dragon King. To repay their kindness, local people planted magnolias in every household, every year, aroma of magnolias floats all over the village. Therefore, magnolia also represents gratitude.
